Community revitalization: Dare to show local pride

Our brief on devitalized communities, Osons la fierté locale (Dare to show local pride), was presented to the Fédération Québécoise des Municipalités on November 16, 2007, during the forum on devitalized municipalities. We submitted several suggestions concerning the support and means available to help small towns resolve their long-term problems by banking on an invaluable and timeless asset: local pride.
